Academy Program
Strikers’ Academy Program is a structured skills development program for boys and girls ages 9 through 12 that provides a technical curriculum that guides young players through the appropriate stages of skills advancement during the most critical period of their soccer development. Academy coaches focus on individual player development; measurement of young players’ success is through individual technical growth and achievement, rather than the team’s win-loss record.
The Strikers Academy provides a 3 month program in the spring which involves two training sessions per week (approximately 30 total skills-focused sessions), two Saturday game days with other academies from across Montana, two Friday playdates or games with instruction in Missoula, and two optional travel tournaments.
