Service Description

As Missoula's Premier Strength and Conditioning Facility, MontanaFit is dedicated to providing our Strikers Players with the fitness foundation they need to excel in soccer and other sports. MontanaFit's Young Athletes have developed an increase in body awareness and coordination, reduced their risk of injury, improved their speed and power, increased their strength and endurance, and allowed more time for sport specific skill training due to their increase in fitness. Our upcoming Strikers X MontanaFit session for middle school age players starts Monday, June 12 and runs until Monday, August 7th. Exact details are as follows: Start Date: June 12, 2023 End Date: August 8, 2023 No sessions the week of July 4th. Day: Monday & Wednesday Time: 7:30-8:30 AM Location: MontanaFit Gym located at 1200 Shakespeare St. Unit 3 & 4 Price: $375 Minimum of 8 players need to register for the class to go.
